Welland Valley Vineyard English wine and cider
Welland Valley Vineyard English wine and cider

The best time to visit is during the months of June, July and August when there is more to see in the vineyard. The nights are also lighter for evening visits.

These last between an hour and an hour and a half. It is necessary to book in advance. Email us to send you a leaflet with full details.

We explain the history of English wine, how we came to plant a vineyard, what we grow and how we make the wine. A tasting of different wines is also provided

Two types of visits are possible:

A small group of up to 10 persons (suitable for a family outing)

Larger groups (where numbers are limited to a maximum of 20)

We have indoor accomodation but we reserve the right to cancel in the event of very wet weather.

Visits can be arranged during the day, evening or at the weekend and need to be booked.

Disabled or wheelchair users will have no difficulty accessing the site or listening to the talk but may find it too difficult to access the vines. All visitors should be aware that the ground in the vineyard itself is uneven and a careful watch needs to be kept for holes dug by rabbits. We have a chemical toilet but no other facilities.

If you have booked we suggest you go to Marston Trussell village and then follow the brown "vineyard" signs from there.  If lost ring us on 07989 091721
